As gearheads, we have a unique way of focusing on some things that other folks would never think of. For example, when it comes to real estate, perhaps the garage falls toward the bottom of your average consumer’s list when purchasing a home. After all, for someone who sees an automobile is nothing more than a vehicle that gets them to and from work and maybe out to hang out with their friends, they’re not too concerned about a garage. It would be nice to have a structure to park their car in to keep it away from the weather but other than that, it’s not really that much of a consideration for most.

However, for us automotive aficionados, the garage might be one of the first things that we look at. For those who are anything like your author, it might’ve even held up the house buying process as I personally had to sift through places that would accommodate my automotive needs. I don’t think I’m speaking out of turn when I say that this is something that many of us have faced. This time, though, we check out houses, apartments, and other dwellings that really take the liberty of focusing first on the garage and sometimes, with that concept in play, things get rather intense.
