At their stop in Nashville, 1320video hopped into a 600hp Heads/Cam Chevrolet Corvette Z06 after a random Mazda Miata asked to street race at a meet. Neither party was quite sure what was done to the Miata and there wasn’t much evidence of modification aside from the intercooler.

When the two cars unleashed on the streets, everyone was surprised at the power the Miata made. Upon returning back to the meet, we discover a 5.3L LS engine under the hood boosted by a rear mount 78mm turbo.

Power moves through a 4L80 and disallows this Miata to keep tire on pavement, even at 100mph! At 600whp on low boost, the car was more than maxed out for the narrow street tires it sits on.
