Speeding Car Drags Traffic Cop On Top of Hood

Meanwhile in India a Police Officer who tried to pull over this car was thrown on to the hood when they tried to take off from him.  This left him trapped on the hood as they speed away while he tries to  smash the car’s windshield with his helmet.

If this was in America, we can guarantee that there would be at least 3 bullets in this drivers head, right away! There would be no thought to use a helmet to break a window like some Indiana Jones style movie. Not sure how this guy gets off but by the looks of it he seems to slow down and shake the cop off, hopefully not injuring him. Check it out.
