Suspicions Are High: Is Mephis Trying To Rig This Hit? | Street Outlaws
While the racing community really is a tightly knit bunch that would do anything for one another, when it comes to street racing, you really have to watch your back and if you don’t know too much about the community, you might want to keep somebody close to you does know what they’re dealing with in situations like this. That’s why it’s always a good idea to surround yourself with a trustworthy team.
Let’s just say that, in a street race, when there’s money on the line, people will do anything that they can think of to gain even the slightest advantage. Sometimes, it might even resemble cheating but with so many stipulations in place, you never really know what’s right and what’s wrong unless you make sure to clearly define the rules.
This time, we get into a little bit of a fiasco as the Street Outlaws guys go head-to-head with Memphis as Murder Nova is out in the streets against Dennis and the 405 really has high suspicions about how the Memphis flagger is going to handle the light, potentially giving an advantage to their own driver. You can see where things would begin to get sticky here.
No matter what kind of foul play the 405 may have suspected, it didn’t really matter at the end of the day as the blue Ford Mustang here did jump off of the line first but Murder Nova was able to track it down in a hurry and blast past the opposition to dominate its way to the finish line. Shawn really had to be feeling good after that one! Be sure to ride along down the video below that will take you to the scene so that you can catch up with all of the drama that this awesome Street Outlaws competition had to offer.
