Tesla Model 3 Performance Testing 0-60 MPH and 1/4 Mile – Faster than a Toyota Supra!
I think that it’s very safe to say that over this past couple of years, Tesla has really been surprising most folks with exactly what they’ve been able to accomplish with their electric vehicles. I’m not even sure that people saw electric vehicles coming as commuter cars that would be a very viable option for many but when it comes to the performance space, I don’t think that there was anybody who really could’ve confidently predicted that electric vehicles would be taking over, beating down on the doors of the high-performance cars like the Chevrolet Corvette.
Now, the Tesla brand Has done a pretty good job so far of keeping their name high and mighty in the racing community, at least when it comes to factory performance. It just leads you to wonder how well they’ll stay on course with this theme when the Tesla Model 3 begins to roll out. If you’re not in the know, essentially the Model 3 is a little bit more attainable version of the Model S, offering some of the same benefits that the Model S brings to the table at a cost that might be a little bit more reasonable for your average American to go out there and grab.
If you follow along down the video below, you’ll be able to watch as the DragTimes YouTube channel has gotten their hands on a Model 3 and they’re about to put it to the test to see not only how the car fares against what Tesla promises that it will do but also how it does against some of Tesla’s other models. After watching a video like this, you’ll get a little bit better of an idea exactly where a car like this is placed in the hierarchy of all that is Tesla. Ride along below!
