It’s no secret that the LS engine is about as popular a powerplant as it gets. If you’re behind them then you love every minute of it, but some others just want to see them go away.

For those who are in love with the engine that has just proven to be one of the most well-rounded applications ever, we have come across something that we guarantee to make you drool.

Created simply by sectioning off parts like blocks, camshafts, and even crankshafts, we learn from LSXTV that a couple of friends from the Northwestern United States have come up with a sort of Frankenstein LS engine sporting 12 cylinders!

Check out the video below to see a walkaround video of the long block minus one head for yourself. According to the builders, these fused together parts are even able to hold some serious horsepower, to our surprise. We suppose that time will tell what these Franken-LS engines are really capable of!
