For years, Richard Rawlings and Aaron Kaufman have been the backbone that has held Gas Monkey Garage to the high standard that it has become known for, pumping out build after build with limited time frames and maximum quality on tap. However, all good things must come to an end.

Now, we know that Aaron has been planning a departure from the conglomerate for some time now and we’ve heard murmurs and statements about the situation from both sides of the matter but this time, we get to sit in on the intense meeting between Richard and Aaron in which Aaron explains exactly why he’s leaving and gives us an idea of what he plans on doing when the two trails part ways.

What exactly was it that sparked him to want to leave the shop? How exactly would he break the news to Richard? There are lots of questions to be answered and all of the speculation stops here. Wonder no longer exactly what has been happening in the mind of one of the best builders in the game as everything finally comes to a head.
