Things Get Tense Between Big Chief and Chuck on Monday Nights Episode!

Ask any driver from Top Fuel to Pro Mod to Street Racing and they will tell you, it doesn’t matter when you line up with your best friend, for those few moments in time, all that matters in the win. True friends can keep the rivalry on the track and still shake hands and remain buddies when the race is over, but sometimes the intensity of their will to win spills over and can cause hard feelings when the helmets come off. If this sneak peek at tomorrow night’s episode of Street Outlaws is any indicator, one of those spill-over moments may be about to take place between two of the 405’s biggest names.

Ever since Chuck returned to the list with his Death Trap Mustang on big tires, he’s been a force to be reckoned with, blitzing the Top 10 and taking the crown a few weeks ago. It’s been pretty obvious that Big Chief would eventually come calling in the new Crow, seeking his opportunity to return to the #1 spot, and Chuck made it known he would oblige Chief when the time came. However, it seems that things may take a turn for the worse and cause some tension between the longtime friends. Chuck alleges “games were being played”, which, without context, can encompass a whole range of misdeeds and shenanigans, but that’s not an accusation Chuck would throw out there if he didn’t feel it were true. We don’t know exactly what went down to cause the tension, but we will know soon enough. Do you think Chief and his crew were playing games to get in Chuck’s head, or is Chuck just making excuses?
