Things to NEVER Do While Boating – The Best/Worst of 2021

One of the trends that we have definitely taken an interest to lately is nautical inlet videos.

Essentially, people with cameras have made their way to nautical inlets that can tend to provide a challenge for the boaters that go through them. This area of water in between a bay and the ocean will tend to involve all sorts of volatile situations. Perhaps one day it’s the swift-moving tide that is the biggest challenge. The next day, maybe it’s the wind and the high waves that end up throwing a curveball in the direction of boaters. Let’s just say that you’d better be ready when a tough set of circumstances pops up in the inlet because there’s no time to think!

This time, we check in with one of those inlet channels in Boat Zone as they index some of the craziest moments to happen in 2021. Let’s just say that because somebody can afford a boat doesn’t necessarily mean that they are all that experienced enough to be able to handle it in such a situation. In any case, that doesn’t always stop people from going out and giving it a try anyway.

Other times, maybe we find boaters who are experienced but just end up in such a challenging situation because of horrible luck. At the end of the day, I’m not really too sure that mother nature really cares how you got there. She won’t discriminate when it comes to throwing a couple of haymakers.
