This Alaskan is Building His Own Boat From Scratch

When it comes to obtaining something that you like, you can either head to the store and buy one off of the shelf, strap a store bought item up with some custom parts, or you can take it upon yourself to put your skills to the test and build something from scrap.

While most of the time, with vehicular projects, one of the first two options is in play, this time, we check out a third as this gentleman gets together with a team to construct his very own boat from nothing more than some sheets of raw aluminum.

It’s interesting to watch folks who are so refined at their craft as they go to work, bending, cutting, and welding until these raw pieces start to come together to create something that begins to resemble a boat as the plan begins to take shape.
