Colin Furze Just Made A Homemade Hoverbike – AWESOME!
Can someone with no engineering qualifications and no experience in flying make something that actually leaves the ground? It’s the Colin Furze hover bike!
Colin Furze, the creator of this homemade hover bike, is a plumber, stuntman, inventor, filmmaker, and YouTuber from Stamford, Lincolnshire, England. Furze left school at 16 to become a plumber. After joining a Gadget Geeks’ Sky1 program, he started inventing things. This led to his insane popularity on Youtube with nearly 2.6-million subscribers and a quarter of a billion views total. He just makes weird things such as a scooter converted into a flamethrower, jet-powered Go-Kart and his most popular video, an underground bunker for the apocolypse in HIS BACK YARD.
Colin certainly likes to push the envelope, his latest video shows his latest creation, a hover bike with a pair of accelerators. No brakes, no stabilizers, just two motors that he controls with his hands. It’s absolutely brilliant. What do you think about Colin’s hover bike? Is this the future of intercity travel?
