This Lamborghini Was Transformed Into A Working, Fully Functional Batmobile

Here at Speed Society, we are all about anything related to the automotive hobby. We share a passion with millions of men and women around the world, a sense of community that brings us together with a shared love of the automobile and all that it encompasses.

We see cars in movies and video games often and think, “Damn, I would love to have one of those,” knowing full well that is not possible, or at least not feasible. I always wanted my own Eleanor from Gone in 60 Seconds. Sure, I could build a replica, but even that would cost a ton of cash, and to buy the actual car from the movie is even less fiscally feasible. A lot of people have reproduced many of the cars from the Fast and Furious franchise because of their distinct styling and instant appeal to the general public. And what kid doesn’t want their own Batmobile? Another one that isn’t really a possibility for most of us.

However, if you just happen to have a large stash of cash like Bruce Wayne, and you know the right people to bring your wants to reality, you just might be able to make that happen. If you need proof, look no farther than the video below that features Team Galag’s Gumball 3000 entry.

Built on a Lamborghini Gallardo chassis, this incredibly accurate Batmobile recreation looks and drives just like the hero car from the Batman: Arkham Asylum video game. Authentic down to the minute details, the Batmobile has a functioning canopy, complete with monitors to replace the mirrors, a full carbon fiber body that saves weight while mimicking the video game car’s profile perfectly, and a wicked array of lights that match those in the game perfectly.

While there’s no dollar amount mentioned in the clip, the fact that a design, development and prototype manufacturer built the car, you can almost bank on this thing being in the upper six-figure range. So, if you have a few hundred grand to spare and need your own Batmobile, maybe you can bring that vision to life like this!
