This man has officially hacked a Tesla motor
When you take a traditional car, say a Chevrolet Corvette much like you could find yours truly behind the wheel of, there is an aftermarket at the ready for an enthusiast who is ready to get to modify.
However, when you hop behind the wheel of something like a Tesla, the car may be pretty quick from the factory, but as far as we know, that it about the extent of how fast you can get one of these things to move.
Up until now, factory performance was where the buck stopped, but when this guy started playing around with the different components of a Tesla motor and found a way to “hack” into one through what he calls reverse engineering, the fun would begin.
