This RX-7 Might Not Have Rotors but it has a MASSIVE Set of Turbos
If you’re looking for something just a little bit different, the Mazda RX-7 might just be the setup for you. If you can get that rotary to make good power for a substantial amount of time, you’ll be in a club all of your own which is exactly why you’ve seen so many swapped out with new engines.
This time, we check out an RX-7 that most certainly isn’t your run-of-the-mill Mazda as this one has been swapped out with a lot more displacement as a v8 has found its way under the hood alongside a pair of power adders that are sure to spice things up just a little bit more.
The action was captured out at Street Car Takeover in Orlando as this boosted beauty uses that massive set of turbos to power its way down the track, winning most of the races that it comes up against or at least managing to put up a good battle all the way to the finish line.
Check out the video below that will make you fall in love with all of the boost being transformed into power as this lightweight machine muscles its way down the track and has its way with the competition. This big power brute is definitely one that you’re going to want to see.
