Truck Pulls Gone Bad The Ultimate Compilation
While we have seen countless clips of highly modded trucks and tractors pulling the weight sled at the truck and tractor pull. What many don’t realize is that local fans can take a shot at the sled with their stock and lightly-modified pickups too. And just like the pro-level pullers, things sometimes go badly for these guys.
Below is a compilation of some stock-class trucks hitting the dirt and taking their shot at laying down a full pull, only to have the massive weight of the sled – and the tendency for these stock trucks to start to bounce – leave them broken and busted on the track. Most of the carnage in this video comes from the truck beginning to bounce, which allows the wheels temporarily spin, then the weight of the truck comes down and stops the spinning suddenly, leading to broken drive shafts, transfer cases, and transmissions. A couple them appear to have had the engines let go, or possibly exploding the turbochargers.
Regardless of the cause, these truck were out there doing something pretty gnarly, and the drivers had to know the risks before they hooked up to the sled.
