Unimog Almost Flips on its Lid… Keeps Going!

The Mercedes-Benz Unimog is one of the most capable vehicles that money can buy, equipped with all sorts of means to make sure that you don’t get stuck. If I were to choose something as if my survival were depending on it, it might very well be this vehicle that is often compared to the Hummer.

This time, we check out the scene as a Unimog driver attempts to put his machine to the test and almost ends up regretting it. This is so insanely close to a rollover that one more gust of wind in one direction or the other could have caused it to topple.

It looks like the driver is full of confidence as he plows through a couple of obstacles, but he would eventually come to a more challenging obstacle that would have the vehicle sitting on its front bumper in a wild display, causing it to stand vertical, providing us with a truly breathtaking movement.

Check out the video below as the machine goes to the absolute limit and almost doesn’t come back. Luckily, though, it would appear as if gravity was on the side of the driver behind the wheel of this truck.
