Wakeboarder Catches an 85 MPH Ride Behind a Ferrari F50

They said that money can’t buy happiness. On the contrary, we’re not sure that it’s even remotely possible to frown while being towed behind a Ferrari F50 while on a wakeboard. Just take a look at a situation like this and tell us how many other people in the world have gotten the opportunity to do something that’s even remotely as cool as this. It’s probably a pretty small number, indeed, and might make you wonder what exactly it is that you’ve been doing wrong all of this time!

In this one, we check such a scene as professional wakeboarder, Jorge Gill, gets towed behind the Ferrari up to a whopping 84mph before he has to let go… guess he wasn’t up for going back to the future, after all, but on the way there, this had to be an absolute blast and it provided a little bit of media that’s going to allow Jorge to remember this moment forever! As this is a #ThrowbackThursday post, we have to mention that the post originally went pretty viral originally, as well, which probably added to the mystique for all of those who were involved in the act.

We’re not sure how they came up with this idea, but it looks like something we would totally see ourselves doing! The thrill factor has to be at an all-time high during this stunt and after doing something this cool, it’s definitely going to be hard for these guys to top moving forward if they’re looking for a bigger and better rush.

We’ve seen the Tax the Rich guys drifting and beating on high-end exotics before, but they really went to a whole new level with this one!
