What Happens If You put Dry Ice Into Giant Balloon?

In this crazy display, the Hacker goes head-to-head with dry ice and a balloon to see what would happen when you combine the two of them together. As always, the result of this Crazy Russian Hacker experiment leaves us in suspense, waiting to see what will happen next.
