ScottieDTV has brought us a ton of customs over the years from different shows, spanning everything from the old school to the new and even some of the odd and unexpected.

This time, however, he brings us something that’s completely out of left field in a 700 cc bumper car with everything from gauges to a custom exhaust.

The 1959 Dodgem Bumper Car looks like it was built on a four wheeler chassis and completely customized from head to toe as we catch all the detail from Cabin Fever 2013 in Knoxville,TN.
