Everyones’ favorite smart car is back in action, this time it’s against a pretty spectacular cop car. Mark Cryer’s ’09 Smart Car is powered by a big block Chevrolet and pulls the wheels up almost every time.

We’ve seen it make some impressive passes in the past, but this time it faces off with another unique car in the small block police cruiser. The consistent 10-second Smart is quite quick, but just barely loses this one! We’d love to see this thing break single digits, one thing is for sure, the power to weight ratio is definitely there!
