When Your Tractor Tire Won’t Inflate, Try This!
When you hang around the gear head world for a long enough period of time, you begin to pick up some of the tricks of the trade and this time, we take a look into what might be one of the oldest and most classic tricks of them all that is used to get a tire to set a bead on a wheel.
If indeed, you find yourself in a position where you have a tire that just simply will not inflate, then fear not because this method might just be a way to get it done without having a professional step in and help you out but be careful because it gets a little bit hot!
By simply spraying some combustible liquid in the tire and setting it ablaze, all of the oxygen is quickly evacuated from in between the tire and wheel which allows the bead to seat properly.
As previously stated, if you do this the wrong way, it could end with injury so be careful if you’re going to try this one out for yourself. If you do it properly, though, it most certainly could end in success, which would get the job at hand done easier to make for a DIY job well done.
