1050hp ProCharged Corvette vs 158hp Busa Powered Golf Cart For $1,000
On the racing surface, we’ve seen the story of David and Goliath unfold over and over again where a racer seems to have and undeniable advantage over the competition but for some reason, the competition seems to want to hop into the battle anyway. Every once in a while, we manage to get surprised!
This battle brings to the forefront something that is undeniably lopsided as a Chevrolet Corvette steps to the plate with an F1-X ProCharger that helps the car get to four digits worth of rear wheel horsepower as it apparently has seen 1050 hp on the dyno rollers.
In the other lane, we see a golf cart. Yes, you read that correctly, a machine that is designed to peacefully and quietly transport golfers from one hole to the next as it goes up against a brutally powerful Corvette. Before you get too antsy with putting your money out, it might be worth mentioning that the golf cart is powered by none other than a Hayabusa engine that amounts to a whopping 158 hp.
Even when you understand the fact that the golf cart is powered by such a power plant, making it faster than all the other golf cart that you’ll see around town, it still really seems like a slanted race but we just have to see what it is that happens when the money’s on the line. Check out the video below to see exactly how this one ends. It really looks like a lack of traction came into play when deciding this race!
