With the help of a 2332cc flat-four Type 1 engine that makes right around 230hp and about an additional 100 more on the bottle, this odd looking animal moves out quite well.

In fact, the van has seen times in the low 12s with a 12.10-second pass at almost 112mph, rivaling some of the most popular sports cars on the road like the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro.
