2017 Ford Super Duty Breaks Guinness World Record | NASCAR

When it comes to setting records, everyone is looking to one-up those who have already cemented their names in the books and this time, we check out quite the display of Americana as Ford sets out to break a Guinness World Record filled with red, white, and blue.

By flying a 45×92-foot American flag behind the 2017 Ford F-450 Super Duty, the vehicle could become the one to tow the largest ever banner pulled by a moving vehicle. The task would be tall but it looks like Ford is up to the challenge.

To attempt this record, the Super Duty would head out to Homestead-Miami Speedway’s 1.5-mile track to take four laps and show them what those stars and stripes are all about.

Check out the unique record for yourself down in the video below and tell us what you think of this shattering of a record. How big of a banner could you really pull behind a ground vehicle? This is really crazy when you think about all of that fabric flying!
