1995 Peterbilt 379 “Rock Bottom” 2016 Collector Car Weekend
As many of us have come to enjoy over the years, the world of cars is complemented by the beautiful endless expanse of options when it comes to modifying and building them. Countless hours and dollars are thrown into this facet of the hobby and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
While sometimes it can be easy to corner yourself in your own tastes, this time, we take a second to appreciate another group of folks who spend just as much money modifying their rides as car enthusiasts, if not more money! Just imagine that.
If you haven’t figured it out that this point, we are speaking about the folks who drive big rigs and can’t keep themselves away from throwing their very own custom touches at them. This time, we check out a 1995 Peterbilt 379 known as “Rock Bottom,” that has most definitely received more than its fair share of custom touches.
ScottieDTV takes us along for a tour of this insane creation built by a company known as “Reliable Carriers.” You aren’t the only one who thinks this slammed to the ground creation is cool, it was able to persuade the judges enough at the 2007 Big Rig Build Off to take home victory and it is still used in towing to this day. She sure isn’t limited to being a showpiece. Feel free to admire away at all of the custom touches down in the video below.
