Chuck Seitsinger – Street Outlaws Profile Interview From 6 Years Ago

Before Chuck and the rest of the Street Outlaws crew landed on Discovery Channel, the Death Trap Mustang was a side project gone bonkers for Chuck. He’d been kicking so much butt in the Import world that they basically told him to hit the road and don’t come back, so he built the Mustang to give him something to do while the sport compact contingent caught up with him.

During that hiatus, the production wheels started turning toward bringing the show to life, so he decided to focus on the Mustang instead. The Death Trap went from a daily drivable street car to one of the quickest small tire cars in the nation, before eventually going under the knife to have big tires squeezed under it to keep it competitive on the 405’s Top 10 list.
