NASCAR Driver Arik Almirola Released From The Hospital After Huge Wreck

When it comes time to race in any kind of serious capacity, there is always a level of danger out there that you might get tangled up in an accident. This level of danger becomes even more intense when you put dozens of cars out there on the same track, going door-to-door at 200 mph as they jock for position.

This time, we check out a situation that no driver or fan ever wants to see another driver go through. I don’t think that anyone would even wish something like this on their worst enemy as Arik Almirola would get tangled up in a wreck at Kansas Speedway that would send him straight to the hospital with an injured back.

Recently, Almirola was released with a compression fracture to the T5 vertebra and while he did walk away from the accident with his life, something like that is going to be an injury that hangs around with him forever.
