Z-Unit Grudge Car Wheelies Into Slide Before Rolling Over in Wild Sequence
Sometimes, racing treats us well. Other times, though, things can get downright scary. When there’s a lot of power being cranked out of the cars in question, the racing can really pack a heavy punch filled with action. However, with a lot of power comes a lot of responsibility, as they say. The faster that the cars get, the more quickly things can tend to go wrong.
This time, we follow along with the one that we know as “Z-Unit.”
The grudge car recently switched it up, dumping its Whipple set up in favor of a turbo combo. However, it appears as if its run with a turbocharger under the hood is going to be relatively short-lived.
This time, we follow along as the car lines up with the Chevy Luv aka “The Luv” also seen around the grudge scene. Straight off of the line, both cars pick up the front wheels and carry them pretty far. It’s a wild scene to witness as pure power is transferred to the racing surface.
However, it seems as if Z-Unit absolutely refuses to stay down. As the car pops back up again and wanders toward the centerline, things begin to get a little bit sketchy. Eventually, the car crosses over the centerline at which point, it appears that the driver lets out of the throttle. However, It seems like at this point, it’s already too late as the car has begun to slide.
After nearly colliding with the Luv, Z-Unit veers hard toward the wall and makes solid contact. Before we know it, there are sparks absolutely everywhere as the car comes to a grinding halt on its roof. Luckily, the driver walked away without any major injuries. The car, on the other hand, looks like it’s going to be out of commission, likely for good.
