The first capsule collection, “Chasing Checkers,” is themed after doing whatever it takes to win and chase the checkered flag. The art direction focuses on the vintage look and feel of the VP Racing brand and its racing heritage dating back to the 1970s. It features a hand-drawn graphic that includes a checkered flag crossed with an American flag with a VP logo centered in the design. It has a hand-drawn phrase stating “Chasing Checkers,” representing why Speed Society and VP Racing were initially created, to compete and win in all motorsports disciplines. The graphic is finished off with a “Fueled by Speed” reference which perfectly ties in the roots of VP Racing Fuels and the “Speed” of the Speed Society brand. The entire art piece is then distressed to give a vintage look and feel and applied to high-quality modern streetwear heavyweight hoodies in Bone and Maroon colorways, along with a poly-blend cardinal red t-shirt, full custom 7-panel trucker hat, and sublimated socks.

The second capsule collection, “Pilot,” is themed after the persona of our fans. They are the pilots behind these incredible machines, whether that is on four wheels, two wheels, pavement, dirt, water, or snow. These are the enthusiasts that put their lives on the line for the passion of speed and motorsports. The Pilot design is a modern hand-drawn helmet featuring wings representing speed, and a fun skeleton skull with racing goggles adorned with the VP Racing logo finished off with the Speed Society script under the design. This unique piece of stencil and graffiti art is applied to a premium gray crew neck sweatshirt, buttery soft poly blend t-shirts in midnight navy and gray colorways, full custom 7-panel trucker hat, and 360 sublimated socks.
