An All-New Ford Ranger Returns in 2019

For those of you who have been feeling a little bit of a gap in the minitruck market, prepare for your heart become whole again because Ford has announced that in 2019, the Ford Ranger will be coming back once again. The return of the platform isn’t necessarily new news, however, being able to take a close look at it with a fine tooth comb might be something that not too many people have gotten the chance to do yet and thanks to a version of the truck making its way to the Detroit auto show, we’re able to do just that with this video from Cars.com.

Now, we aren’t exactly sure when the release is going to happen but when it does, presumably sometime in the first quarter of 2019, you can expect a vehicle that is absolutely nothing like the Ranger of old.

Basically, with these minitrucks, most of the time, you could expect a bare-bones basic vehicle, almost a work truck in most cases, but this time, the truck is backed up with some nice features that you have to pick from. Not only has the truck gotten a facelift but every single component inside is going to be new, as well. The only thing that this Ranger seems to share with the old one is its class of being a minitruck.
