When picking out a car to modify, there is a lot to consider. Most of the time, the cars that are cut up or modified are generally relatively replaceable. However, you might notice that most high dollar exotics are left as they came from the factory. This seems to hold even truer with the classics. Many of these cars fetch some insane asking prices.
With vehicles like the Lamborghini Miura, it’s very rare that we see one as highly modified as we see here. After all, we’ve seen them sell for seven figures. Because this classic Italian supercar is becoming a bit of a collectible, it’s definitely not something that most people are going to be brave enough to cut into. Let’s face it, these cars have value and rarity that’s going to make them tough to obtain.
From there, once they are obtained, finding replacement parts is going to be difficult. Furthermore, any sort of modification is likely to diminish the value of such a car. There’s a reason why people get angry when these pieces of history get cut up.
It takes somebody with a very specific vision to have the guts to start to modify something like one of these. This time, we get a bit of the stress in modification relieved as we check out a Miura kit car.
In this one, we get to see a Miura that has definitely gone through some extensive modification. The suspension has been overhauled with airbags to make the car sit on the ground, unlike any Miura you’ve seen before. The body has been extensively modified by a Liberty Walk body kit to make an extravagant wide body. Long story short, this Lamborghini is one-of-one.
