BREAKING: “Summer Nights 2” Heating Up as Vengeance Racing Grabs Title Sponsor

The event, “Summer Nights 2” is coming to us next weekend, August 7-8. It’ll stand to be the first big radial prep event at the world-renowned South Georgia Motorsports Park this year, says Speed Addicts. They also remind us that the facility has resurfaced the entire quarter-mile. With that things could get interesting as the fresh surface will be friendly to racers who are looking to hook and book! A clean track is key for the fastest racing possible.

The event held under the lights will kick off Friday night with a 1600′ Roll Racing Shootout. This shootout will play host to three competitive classes, each with up to $5,000 in payouts and trophies. When cars are off to a rolling start, they really get moving up top!

The action will continue Saturday night with drag racing! Classes included will race for up to $15,000 in heads up, index, and no time classes. Bring your appetite for excitement because it promises to be an event for the whole family. Drama is sure to unfold between the concrete walls.

As far as who can race, there’s a little bit of something for everyone. From a daily driver or weekend warrior all the way up to some of the fastest cars from across the country, the categories will be abundant. For those just looking to run their cars outside the competitive classes, there will also be a test-n-tune and grudge racing sessions available.
