Car Wash Hires Mostly Autistic Employees to Give Them a Fair Chance at Work

In this life, sometimes, it might be a challenge to deal with some things that come your way, however, at the end of the day we are all left to play the hand that we’re dealt. Even though, at times, life might just not seem fair, tomorrow, the sun will rise again and prove that you have another chance at a fresh beginning. Just because things aren’t perfect in your life, as you see it, doesn’t mean that you can’t make the most of every moment and go out there and absolutely create something that you can say you’re proud of.

In this video, we take the liberty of heading to a business that goes by the name of Rising Tide Car Wash with two locations in Florida that you’ll find in Parkland and Margate. Essentially, the goal here Is the take that satisfaction and gratification that you get with a hard day’s work and share it with everybody. In particular, there’s one subset of the population that might be discriminated against because people think that they can’t work effectively, however, as it turns out, when given the right tasks, the autistic community can really thrive, proving that they can get the job done just as much as you or I could and it’s really heartwarming to see someone cares enough to really make it all happen.
