Ram Unveils Limited Edition Models That Will Black Out Their Whole Existence

In the automotive market, companies are always looking to get a leg up on the competition. This means that mass customization attempts to come to life. With this, we see all sorts of exciting new packages rolling into showrooms represented by different brands. Perhaps Ram is one of the latest to hop on the viral bandwagon. It looks almost like a company is listening to the vast amount of information available on social media. Imagine that.

It looks like one of Ram’s latest attempts at trying something different is going to come with a sort of blackout theme. With the Ram 1500 Limited Black Edition and Heavy Duty Night Editions, buyers will have access to a more stealthy approach.

FCA tells us that the improvements “enhance the well-appointed Limited trim with black exterior accents, sports performance hood and 22-inch black wheels. Ram adds new Heavy Duty Big Horn and Laramie Night Editions to the lineup, featuring black wheels, black badging and other exterior details.”

Essentially, for those looking for a more subtle look, these accents will help with an aggressive edge.

FCA continues that some of the accents will include a grille, badging, tow hooks, exhaust, premium LED headlamps, grille surround, bumpers, door handles and side-view mirrors. It’ll be almost like a shadow is making its way down the streets!

Furthermore, “The Ram Heavy Duty Night Editions, available on Big Horn and Laramie models, also join the lineup for 2020 and include a monochromatic design enhanced by a black grille with body-colored surround, black badging and black 20-inch wheels. For the first time, Ram Heavy Duty trucks equipped with dual rear wheels now get 17-inch black wheels with machined pockets.

The headlamps and tail lights feature dark bezels.”
