Elderly Man Comes Home to Find Driveway Blocked off by Cinder Blocks

Imagine that you come home one day, only to find that half of your driveway has been sectioned off by a row of cinder blocks cemented down without warning.

For this elderly man, that was exactly the case when the new neighbor, a developer, was looking to start building on the empty plot.

While we don’t have any record of the discussion between the two neighbors, this seems like a really extreme measure to get your point across. Perhaps trying to talk it out would have worked better and been a bit more civil.
