Everything Wrong With A Stupid Cheap Craigslist Tesla
Within the world of YouTube, there are some pretty cool trends going on. While many are distracted and angered by clickbait, digging deep enough into videos really uncovers some interesting stories. Some might even give us a little bit of knowledge to sink our teeth into. After all, who doesn’t like to learn something while being entertained at the same time? This time, it’s all about the trend that has YouTube users looking into and restoring some of the cheapest cars that money can buy. At the end of the day, the goal seems to be to inform viewers on if these types of purchases are ever really worth it or not. There could be great value at the end of the rainbow!
This time, we follow along with the YouTube user by the name of Rich Rebuilds. Many are familiar with Rich because of his expertise in the Tesla field. In fact, he might be one of the most well-known Tesla fanatics/mechanics that the internet has to offer. Usually, he takes pride in fixing up Teslas and even caught a ride on the viral train when the brand wanted to fight back against non-Tesla mechanics working on their cars. However, that doesn’t stop Rich from tinkering with one of the most popular electric car brands.
In this one, we follow along with the journey as Rich shows us one of the cheapest Teslas that he’s ever seen. He says that the price tag for this one comes in just short of $20,000. Damaged or not, that’s pretty darn affordable for a Tesla Model S. As the car has taken some damage to the rear quarter panel, Rich is taking the liberty of going through what it would take to bring this thing back again. At the end of the day, some of these machines are beyond being fixed, even by a professional. However, this one looks like it might have some potential.
