The guys over at Engineering Explained, one of our favorite sources for technical automotive info, have jumped into the Dodge Demon with both feet and are breaking down how it backs up those lofty claims dropped by Dodge when the car was revealed.

Taking an in-depth look at the suspension changes, and how they effect the load on the rear tires and the center of gravity to maximize traction, it becomes pretty clear that the engineering team at Dodge really threw everything at this project to make is something truly unique in the automotive marketplace.

We can’t wait to see what these Demons do in real world situations, both good and bad, because that will put in perspective just how much engineering Dodge threw at the Demon.
