“I Put a Massive Turbo on my Wife’s Daily Driver”
If you’re thinking about buying car and have a decent amount of cash to throw at the purchase price, a Cadillac CTS-V is really a machine that offers a lot. With just a couple of choice modifications, you can take one of these things from an already quick factory monster all the way to a car that’s knocking on the door of single digit elapsed times in a quarter mile pass.
This time, we check out a car that originally started as Jerry Groves’s wife’s daily driver. Now, as most good builds go, it was only going to be a pulley and a couple of bolts on to be strapped up to this Cadillac so that the car could be woken up a little bit more, giving his wife something more exciting to drive. However, as you can tell, that isn’t exactly how the plans unfolded.
I think it’s safe to say that Jerry’s wife now drives something else around on the regular because this Cadillac has been fully converted into a racing machine. Sure, the car still is very street worthy but with the modifications in place including a 106mm Pro Mod turbo and a whole lot of cubic inches, the Cadillac has since become the fastest in the world and the only CTS-V to ever hit the 7-second bracket.

Check out the BigKleib34 video down below that takes us on the scene as the luxury cruiser has been converted to a complete monster and it’s showing off its colors at a track rental at Maryland International Raceway as Jerry attempts to lay down some numbers on a new setup. This car sure has come a long way from setting the stock blower record and I’m sure that you will see it go even further in the near future.
