Jeep Cherokee Climbs Near 90-Degree Vertical Rock
To most, watching the world of rock crawling might be a little bit slow. It’s one of those sports that’s really hard to appreciate unless you’re in the moment and on the scene. As someone who has done it once or twice, I can definitely say that being in the act of crawling is a lot more interesting than watching videos of it. That’s not necessarily a good or bad thing but that’s just the way that it is. However, this time, we check out one of those situations that completely flips the script on exactly what you expect with a rock crawling scenario to be like as it takes things to an entirely new high that just might give you a little touch of vertigo along the way.
This time, instead of taking it easy, The driver behind the wheel of this XJ kicks it up a notch, taking the Jeep Cherokee up against a wall that many would say to be insurmountable as the angle draws close to 90°.I’m sure that going up this wall had to be an incredible rush, trying to balance out throttle and gravity as to not come tumbling back down to earth because, let’s face it, that’s the last thing that anybody would want to do. There’s a very fine line to try to not cross and being able to balance yourself out is an art in and of itself as this driver has to really control that throttle.
Check out the video down below as this Jeep driver puts their own personal safety on the line to try and carry out this impressive near vertical rock climbing experience. If this one had any more of an incline on it, I’m not really sure that any vehicle with wheels would’ve been able to make it up. we have to give this Jeep driver little bit of a round of applause for their ability to climb this massive formation with an impressive burst of confidence.
