Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk Lines Up With 2020 Ferrari F8 Tributo
At the end of the day, what good is having a fast car if we can’t compare it to other fast cars?
For those who are familiar with Forza Tuning and Performance, they know that the shop works on a whole variety of different machines. However, Forza really seems to specialize in the Mopar variety, coaxing massive power out of all sorts of different vehicles out of the Mopar camp. This includes but is not limited to the Hellcat and Trackhawk platforms.
This time, though, Forza’s owner, Brenton Brown, had something a little bit different fall into his hands. Instead of a Mopar or any sort of American machine, for that matter, he managed to grab the keys to a Ferrari F8 Tributo. Naturally, after grabbing the keys to the car, Brown decided to share the experience with a couple of people in his life. After a couple of ridealongs with the Forza media intern and Brenton’s son, it was time to really see how the Ferrari stacked up.
With that, we’re able to watch as the Tributo goes head-to-head with a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. In stock form, the Trackhawk really provides a package that we can sink our teeth into. With over 700 supercharged horsepower on board, the SUV is going to provide a handful for a variety of different opponents. This time, we get to see exactly how it can do against one particular Ferrari that has a little bit of fervor in its veins.
At the end of the day, we get to watch the pair go head to head in both dig and roll racing scenarios. While the Ferrari does seem to have a little bit of an edge over the Jeep, we have to be impressed that such a heavyweight is able to stay in the picture with an Italian stallion like this. Surely, if this particular Jeep were to get a little bit of love from Forza Tuning and Performance, it would be a much closer race.
