Jeff Gordon Takes First Place at 24 hrs of Daytona
Jeff Gordon might be out of the limelight as far as NASCAR racing goes as he has been retired for quite a while from that aspect of motorsports but, even after retiring, it looks like Gordon simply could not stay away from four-wheel adrenaline pumping machines.
As the 24 hours of Daytona has come to a close, a team of four drivers including Max Angelelli, of Italy, Jeff Gordon, Ricky Taylor and Jordan Taylor, all of America, took home the checkered flag in a race that came down to the wire at the end of the 24 hours.
With less than seven minutes remaining in the race, Ricky Taylor managed to make a maneuver that would put their car out front and help the team roll to victory in an effort that most certainly requires drivers to be on the same page as one another in order to gel their way to victory.
The video below will allow you to dive into some of the action that makes this racing series as intense as it is. Hauling around the track for that long has to be an exhausting experience that makes the win even more satisfying at the end of the day.
