At the risk of sounding a little bit too much like my father, I have to say that, in certain circumstances, they just don’t make stuff like they used to. Sure, with the mass production techniques that are available to us today, goods might be able to be made at high quality and a cheaper price as to get them to the public more efficiently, however, there’s just something that might be lacking when you compare some of these “new” goods to the old way of doing things where a lot of attention to detail was paid in making a high-quality piece.
