Murder Nova Makes Legendary Save While Racing Kallee Mills in Golden Kong Over The Weekend!
In the scheme of race, you never know what can happen. From a beginner all the way up to the most legendary racers that there are, things can go awry in a hurry. Before we know it, a car can get sideways. If a driver doesn’t react quickly enough, there’s no need to spell out how that could go wrong.
This time, only the other end of such a mishap, we would find an experienced racer. Most of the time, when Murder Nova sets out on a pass, it’s smooth sailing. Thanks to lots of preparation, when it comes to race day, racers with Murder Nova’s experience don’t suffer as much drama as the novices. This time, though, things simply went awry.
The stakes were high for one of the sport’s biggest up and coming names in Kallee Mills as she lined up with Shawn, ready to throw down. As the pair made their way down the track, it looked like a great race. Mills had maybe a little bit of space out front of the sinister black Nova in the next lane.
However, before we know it, it looks like Murder Nova slides a little bit out of the groove as the car gets loose. Luckily, Shawn’s experience behind the wheel minimized the drama. The car did stay out of the wall. However, it took out one of the timing cones in the middle. Mills would knock home a clean pass to take home victory.
This past weekend, lots of racers were able to throw down after tons of time being pent-up due to COVID-19. The Throwdown in T Town gave us some awesome action and an opportunity to shake off the cobwebs. By following along with the video below from the National No Prep Racing Association, we get to join in on some of the weekend’s action.
