Parade of Mustangs Head to Scene as 10,000,000th Mustang Leaves Assembly Line

When you’re talking about certain cars, or really, any car, things can get a little bit polarizing as people certainly have their favorites and will stand by those favorites. However, whether or not you find yourself to be a fan of the Ford Mustang, you have to admit the car is certainly one of the most iconic in the world. After all of these years, with production numbers that have now counted up to 10 million units, the Mustang is the most sold sports car ever and is definitely one that has built up quite a community behind it as Mustang enthusiasts seem to group themselves together in a way that not too many automotive communities can say that they’ve done.

Recently, to celebrate the 10 millionth unit making its way off of the assembly line, enthusiasts decided to celebrate, putting together a parade that had a whole string of Mustangs joining together near Ford HQ.

Fox News: “The 2019 GT convertible is painted Wimbledon White, just like the one Ford recognizes as the first production Mustang. That car, with a serial number ending in 001, was purchased in Canada in April 1964 by an airline pilot named Stanley Tucker, who gave it back to Ford in exchange for the 1 millionth Mustang in March 1966.”

If you follow along down in the video below, you’ll be able to see just that parade as these people are certainly excited to be a part of this community and are showing their respect to not only the car itself but to all the people who have ever done anything in order to push the Mustang to the next level. It’s certainly a fun thing to watch unfold and we’re really excited to see the next 10 million Mustangs make their way off of the assembly line. Something tells us that the momentum that goes alongside this model certainly isn’t going to slow down anytime soon.
