Redneck tire mounting – Using starting fluid to seat the bead on a huge Michelin 800/70R38.

We have all seen that back yard mechanic thinks that is a good idea to mount a tire to a wheel with nothing more than a combustible spray can and a couple of matches.

We aren’t saying that it’s the worst idea in the world but then again we wouldn’t necessarily recommend that you try this at home either.

No matter what we think of this kind of action, it seems like we see more and more of the mounting attempts done with bigger and bigger wheel and tire setups and we just can’t look away.

This time, we check out a couple of rednecks setting the bead on a gigantic Michelin tractor tire that almost seems to be larger than life itself.
