Removing A Motorcycle From A Pickup Truck – No Ramp, No Problem!
When it comes to getting the job done in any capacity, it’s almost always a better idea to work smarter instead of working harder. In this way, you can not only save your own back, physically, but you can also save lots of time off of the bottom-line. If you do the same job regularly and can save maybe an hour off of the task each day, just imagine how much time you will be saving over the course of a week or even a year by working in a smarter way. With the right set of tools, you could potentially get a lot more work done or maybe even have some extra time for yourself to spend on leisure activities instead of work.
When it comes to moving or hauling, this same concept rings through. With a wide variety of trucks, trailers, and accessories to get the party going, there are plenty of different big tools out there to get the job done. If you were, let’s say, hauling a motorcycle, a trailer that was fit for the application would probably be the best idea that you could follow through with, however, if you were to have a nice ramp to combine with your pickup truck, this would probably be plenty to accomplish the task at hand without a hitch. As it turns out, though, this raring and ready motorcycle transporter had none of the above.
If you tune in below, you’ll be able to watch as this guy comes up with a workaround in order to try and accommodate his lack of a ramp and it’s something unlike what you’d expect. Instead of any kind of backyard maneuver that you might expect to make something like this work, this guy decided that he wanted to make use of a tow truck to lift the truck up and roll the motorcycle right on out!
