Rocket Powered Massive Fidget Spinner… Things Have Gone Too Far!

Fidget spinners have taken over the world. I’ve bought my kids several, and I even have a couple myself. As with any viral phenomenon, people are going to take things to the extreme, which is why we have the video below featuring YouTuber TheBackyardScientist and his rocket powered spinner.

No, that’s not a typo, he actually built a massive aluminum fidget spinner and strapped three E-series rocket motors to it, making it the most powerful spinner we’ve seen to date by far. After a couple of mistakes in the first launch, one of which nearly took out his girlfriend, our fearless host reloaded and triggered the trio of rocket engines a second time. The second firing was a success, sending the spinner whirling up to an estimated 5,000+ RPM, far faster than you’re gonna flick yours with your finger.
