Russian Program – Holograms Of Disabled People Appear If You Try To Park In Handicapped

If you ask anybody to their face, they’ll probably elaborate upon how much of a scumbag move it is to park in a spot designated for a handicapped person, but of those people, 30% of them will do it anyway.

This time, we get reports that Russia is coming up with a plan to stop these cowards in their place and possibly divert them from taking away from the handicapped.

In this situation, the Russians are putting into place a system of holograms that will appear should the car pulling into the parking spot not be sporting a handicapped placard.
