This Shelby Super Snake F-150 is Packing 755 Horsepower

If there’s one area that we can really sink our teeth into, it would be that of performance trucks. It’s kind of exciting to see that the market has been picking back up with these trucks in recent years. With the likes of the SVT Raptor and Ram Rebel, we get to see how major manufacturers see this market segment. Naturally, they have to be a bit conservative to sell trucks. Seeing them spread their wings a bit can be refreshing, though.

This time, we take a look at what appears to be a dealer package in the 2019 Shelby Super Snake F-150. From what we understand, between 100 and 150 of the trucks will be made. Let’s just say that this truck might be built off of a crew cab but it is a substantial step up from any other F-150 on the market, hold the Raptor.

In order to make this thing go, it will be making 755 hp. That will be done through a factory 5.0L engine as accompanied by a 2.9L Whipple supercharger. That’s not where the fun stops, though. Instead, the truck includes an entire appearance package to bring it all together as well. This means that it has aggressive styling from nose to tail. Included in this is an aggressive front end that can’t help but remind us of a GT500. From there, we get things like racing stripes, a custom color, and even custom wheels.

By following along with the video below, we get to take a look over the complete package. While this truck probably won’t be the fastest thing on the road, it certainly looks like a fun take on a crew cab. We haven’t exactly driven the thing yet, from a speculative stance, it looks like it’ll really bring that “fun to drive” factor to the table. – Brown Lee Ford
