Don’t Stand Too Close to this Ship Launch – Spectators get Wet!

If you’ve ever seen a ship of this size launched into the water, you know that sometimes, they literally just drop them in, sending water everywhere! This time was no different, but some of the spectators on hand might have not been familiar with how a situation like this one normally goes down. While standing on the water’s edge to watch the exciting ship launch, the wake of the boat being dropped in the water would head to the river bank quickly, maybe a bit too quickly. We watch as the water rushes over the land and engulfs a couple of folks who were a little bit too interested in getting close to the action.
